We have two different flooring styles:
- Unit 1-6 and 13-16
have ceramic tile in the kitchen with carpet in the rest of the home.
- Units 7-12
have stained concrete floors downstairs with carpet upstairs.
All units have:
- 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath
- Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs
- Both Bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets
- Washing N Dryer hook up in every unit.
- Approx. 1200 heated sq.ft.
- Outside Storage area is right out the back door on the semi private patio.
- Owner pays for Trash pick up, Lawn Care, Pest Control, Monthly AC filter change, maintenance work calls from wear and tear.
- Tenants are responsible for Electricity, Water, Cable, and internet.
- No pets are allowed at this complex
- The application fee is $25.
- The deposit is $600
